The famous inscription was saved from demolition at the last minute thanks to a donation of Playboy magazine founder Hugh Hefner (Hugh Hefner). He donated 900,000 dollars to the charity fund, whose activities were aimed at saving space on the building. This wonderful hotel is proposed as a sort of compromise and rescue variant of the famous inscription.
